Helmich, P.A. for the past three years, and has establishd an outstanding corporate department. She continually strives to excel on the clients' behalf.

Donna D. Householder

Legal Assistant, Paralegal

Donna has been an administrative assistant/ paralegal for eighteen years, working in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Florida. She joined Kevin M. Helmich, P.A. in September, 2004, as the probate paralegal. Along with probate administration, Donna can handle guardianship and trust administration. Her additional experience includes five years experience in the areas of estate planning, corporate and municipal law in the State of Florida.

Melanie J. Rogotzke

Estate Planning Legal Assistant

Melanie joined Kevin M. Helmich, P.A. in September, 2006, and assists with drafting documents, preparing for executions, and following up on the estate planning files. Melanie moved to Florida from Ames, Iowa, where she spent the past seven years working in the health care industry. Although new to the estate planning arena, she enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals.
