The firm's services cover the establishment of business entities, including filing Articles of Incorporation/Organization with the Florida Department of State, preparation of By-Laws/Operating Agreements, preparation of initial minutes, issuance of stock/membership certificates, completion of transfer ledger and obtaining a Federal tax identification number. We also will bring out of date corporate records into compliance, and offer annual maintenance of corporate records.

Our corporate services include varioius transactional work, such as preparation of service contracts, employment agreement, non-compete or confidentiality agreements, etc. We also prepare funded and unfunded buy/sell agreements for our clients.
